Booking Policy

Please make sure you read through and understand our booking policies before booking your appointment with us. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch!

• All bookings are secured with a non refundable deposit. This will be deducted off your treatment price on the day. Once a deposit is made you confirm you have read and understood the policy.
• Arriving late to your appointment by more than 15 minutes will be classed as a 'no-show' and therefore result in a loss of deposit.
• Any no-show's will be charged 50% of the amount remaining.
• Your complimentary touch up must be used within  the 6-8 weeks of your initial appointment. If you cannot attend in this timeframe you will be required to pay for any appointments made after this time frame.
• If your appointment is needing to be cancelled/rescheduled by A1 Artistry for any reason, your booking fee will roll over to your future appointment. Non refundable booking fee policy still applies.
• Due to health and safety regulations children or babies are not permitted to enter the salon. This goes for bringing anyone else with you aswell.
• A1 Artistry reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. 
• Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
• You must be over the age of 18 to book a cosmetic tattoo appointment.
• Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side.
• There are no refunds given on services.
